Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all kitchen operations in line with resort standards and operating procedures
  • Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and service excellence across all services
  • Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, sanitation, and food safety within the kitchen
  • Plan and control stock levels, inventory, and food costs to meet budget targets
  • Take full responsibility for kitchen equipment, usage, and inventory control
  • Supervise, motivate, and develop kitchen teams to perform at the highest level
  • Coordinate effectively with other departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Enforce service standards and operational procedures at all times
  • Communicate directly with guests when required and share feedback with senior culinary leadership
  • Drive continuous improvement in food quality, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency
Ideal Profile
  • Diploma in Catering or equivalent professional culinary qualification
  • Minimum 5 years of experience within a 5-star international hotel or luxury resort
  • At least 2 years of experience in a Chef de Cuisine or similar senior kitchen leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food cost control, and inventory management
  • Comprehensive understanding of food safety, hygiene, and health and safety standards
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage large culinary teams
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume luxury dining environment
