- Manage daily kitchen operations and supervise food preparation.
- Ensure quality, consistency, and timely service of meals.
- Train and guide junior kitchen staff.
- Oversee portion control and presentation standards.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and compliance.
- Work with Executive Chef on menu planning.
