We are looking for an experienced

Multi-Cuisine Cafeteria Chef

to prepare a wide variety of dishes including

South Indian, Indian, Fast Food, Arabic, and Chinese

cuisine. The candidate must maintain hygiene, quality, and speed in daily operations.

Menu Knowledge (Must Know):



South Indian:


Idli, Dosa, Vada, Uttapam, Pongal, Upma, Sambar, Rasam, Chutneys

Indian / Snacks:


Poori Masala, Samosa, Pakora, Veg Cutlet, Pav Bhaji, Chole Bhature

Indian Meals:


Rice, Lemon Rice, Curd Rice, Dal, Chapati, Paratha, Veg & Non-Veg Curries, Biryani

Fast Food / Arabic:


Shawarma, Sandwiches, Burgers, Grilled Chicken, Kebabs, Fries

Chinese / Asian:


Noodles, Fried Rice, Momos, Manchurian, Hot & Sour Soup, Sweet Corn Soup

Responsibilities:



Prepare daily cafeteria meals

Ensure food quality, taste, and hygiene

Maintain kitchen cleanliness

Follow food safety standards

Control stock and reduce waste

Assist in menu planning and daily meal preparation

Requirements:



Experience in multi-cuisine cooking

Knowledge of food safety and hygiene

Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen

Teamwork and time-management skills

Good communication skills

Friendly and customer-oriented

Ability to work in shifts

Ability to work under pressure

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
