:
Prepare traditional Pakistani dishes, including but not limited to biryani, karahi, kebabs, and various roti and rice preparations.
Create weekly menus, catering to the dietary preferences and needs of the family.
Ensure meals are prepared on time, with attention to taste, quality, and presentation.
Kitchen Management
:
Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic kitchen environment.
Handle grocery shopping, food storage, and inventory management.
Ensure the proper handling and storage of ingredients to avoid spoilage.
Keep kitchen tools, utensils, and appliances in good working condition.
