Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a wide range of dishes
Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet company standards.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times.
Manage kitchen inventory, stock rotation, and coordinate with suppliers.
Train and supervise kitchen helpers as needed.
Follow food safety regulations and maintain proper documentation.
Work closely with management to plan daily menus and specials.
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Chef in a restaurant, Night clubs, hotel, or catering setup.
Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and hygiene practices.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and multitask.
