Job Description

Verify the quality and quantity of inputs necessary for the proper functioning of each restaurant sales room

Training and training for new staff.

Control waste and shrinkage versus the sale of each branch.

Control minimum and maximum inventory according to the movement of the room for sale of the restaurant.

Carry out weekly and monthly inventories.

Carry out periodic evaluations of the kitchen team.

Supervise the cleaning of the sales room kitchens.

Job Requirements:

Minimum experience of 1 to 3 years in similar positions
With availability and schedules for rotating shifts, weekends and holidays.
