About the role:
We're opening a premium
Korean bakery
and seeking a Head Chef with proven expertise in Korean breads and pastries (milk bread, soboro, sweet cream buns, red bean buns, castella, croissant variants, flaky pies, seasonal items). You'll build recipes, set standards, hire/train the team, and run production to world-class quality.
Key responsibilities
Develop and standardize authentic
Korean bakery
recipes
Daily production planning; quality, hygiene, and food safety control (HACCP).
Build and train a high-performing team; schedule, coaching, performance.
Source ingredients and equipment; cost control and yield optimization.
Requirements
5 years in artisan/Korean bakery with team leadership.
Mastery of enriched doughs, lamination, proofing, and finishing.
Strong organization, cost control, and training skills.
English required; Korean a plus.
Ready to relocate to Qatar (visa provided).
