We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Chauffeur Service Manager. As the manager, you will be responsible for building and growing our chauffeur service business from scratch. Your primary objective will be to develop and implement effective strategies to ensure the success and profitability of the company. You will also be responsible for hiring and managing a team and coordinating their activities to deliver exceptional service to our clients. Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan to establish and grow the chauffeur service from the scratch. Conduct market research to identify opportunities, target customer segments, and determine competitive pricing. Identify and implement strategies to attract new clients and increase business. Continuously monitor the market trends and adapt the business strategy accordingly. Recruit, hire, and train the complete team. Provide ongoing guidance, coaching, and support to the chauffeurs to ensure high-quality service delivery. Implement performance management processes to assess and improve the team\'s performance. Develop and implement cost-effective strategies for maintaining and servicing the fleet of vehicles. Monitor and control expenses to ensure profitability and adherence to the budget. Stay updated with the latest rules and regulations governing the chauffeur service industry as established by the RTA or relevant regulatory body. Ensure that the company and all chauffeurs are following licensing, permits, and certifications required by the RTA. Familiarize yourself with the RTA guidelines regarding vehicle maintenance, inspections, and safety standards. Implement and enforce policies and procedures that align with the RTA regulations, ensuring that all chauffeurs and staff adhere to them. Monitor changes in the RTA regulations and update the company\'s policies and practices accordingly to maintain compliance. Stay updated with the latest marketing trends and identify effective marketing channels. Develop and implement marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and attract new clients. Utilize digital marketing platforms, social media, and targeted advertising to reach potential customers. Conduct market research to identify the most in-demand car models for chauffeur services. Analyze customer preferences, luxury trends, and competitor offerings to determine the best cars to procure. Ensure the fleet of cars meets quality, safety, and meet standards. Develop and implement innovative strategies to boost the business, such as loyalty programs, partnerships, and exclusive offerings. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create attractive packages and promotions. Continuously evaluate customer feedback and adjust plans to enhance customer satisfaction. Requirements: Proven 5+ years of experience in managing a chauffeur service Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or equivalent Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic Strong business acumen with a track record of successfully building and growing a business. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. In-depth knowledge of the chauffeur service industry and current market trends.
