YALDI Luxury Car Services and Alwegdaniyah Group are looking for an experienced

Chauffeur Drive Operations Supervisor

with a background in TRANSPORTATION SECTOR like buses, limo, aviation and car rental operations. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills and the ability to manage daily transport activities efficiently while ensuring high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Driver Management

Supervise, schedule, and monitor all drivers. Ensure drivers follow company policies, grooming standards, and safety regulations. Conduct briefings, training, and performance evaluations.

2. Fleet Management

Oversee vehicle allocation, availability, and rotation. Coordinate vehicle maintenance, servicing, and cleanliness. Monitor fuel usage, mileage, and vehicle condition reports.

3. Administrative Tasks

Maintain daily operational reports, trip sheets, and logs. Handle duty rosters, attendance, and shift planning. Support internal documentation and compliance requirements.

4. Internal Staff Transportation Management

Manage and coordinate staff transportation routes and schedules. Ensure punctual and smooth transfer operations.

5. Client Management & Communication

Respond to client inquiries and operational requirements. Maintain professionalism and high-quality service standards. Coordinate with airport staff, VIP clients, and corporate accounts as needed.

6. Team Supervision (Coordinators & Washing Team)

Oversee coordinators, washers, and support staff to ensure seamless operations. Monitor workflow, task completion, and quality output.

Requirements:

Minimum 2-4 years of experience in transport, chauffeur drive, aviation, or car rental operations. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of airport protocols and luxury chauffeur service standards is an advantage. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks. Proficient in MS Office and operational reporting.
