Imperium Commodity Search is working with a market leading vessel owner within the offshore and bulk markets located in Abu Dhabi with over two decades of experience. Our client is seeking an experienced Chartering Manager to oversee the company's fleet of break bulk vessels operating across the Middle East.
Responsibilities:

• Responsible for time charter TC and Voyage of the company's Break Bulk vessels.
• Market and promote the company's vessel offerings to maximize profitability.
• Continuous market analysis with daily fixtures and open cargos to offer market insight to clients and brokers.
• Negotiate and execute charter party agreements ensuring all documentation is accurate.
• Build and maintain strong relations within the Break Bulk segment with Traders / brokers to gain market intelligence on Cargos.

Experience:

• 3+ years' Chartering Vessels preferably within the Break Bulk segment.
• Strong network of relations within the Dry bulk, Break bulk sector within the Middle East.
• Ability to prepare, negotiate and manage all charter documentation for both client and traders / brokers .
• Previous experience working as a Charter officer / charter manager within a ship owner.
• Working proficiency in English (Additional languages would be beneficial)
