Job Title: Chartered Accountant with Oracle Flexcube Product
Job Location: Dubai, UAE (Onsite - MBHQ, Al Asayel Street, Downtown Dubai)
Position Type: 6 months Contract with possibility of extension

We are seeking a highly skilled Qualified Accountant with strong expertise in Oracle Flexcube to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have extensive banking experience, proven knowledge of Flexcube systems, and a strong accounting background. The role involves leading the implementation of the ROD solution in Flexcube, working closely with stakeholders, and ensuring seamless execution within project timelines.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the implementation of ROD solution in Oracle Flexcube.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure accurate integration of accounting and banking processes.
• Analyze business requirements and map them effectively within Flexcube systems.
• Ensure compliance with financial, accounting, and regulatory standards.
• Provide subject matter expertise in Flexcube functionalities and modules.
• Support testing, troubleshooting, and deployment phases of the implementation.
• Deliver accurate financial and system documentation.

Mandatory Skills

• Qualified Accountant (ACCA / CA).
• Strong working knowledge of Flexcube Product.
• Solid background in Banking and Financial Services.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.

Desired Skills

• Hands-on experience in Flexcube system/product implementation.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams in banking technology projects.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
