Position: Chartered Accountant

Role Overview

A trusted provider of tax consultancy, accounting, and corporate services across the UAE is seeking an experienced

Chartered Accountant

to lead and strengthen its accounting and taxation function. This is a

senior, hands-on role requiring strong technical expertise in UAE taxation, compliance, and financial reporting,

along with

proven leadership

capabilities. The successful candidate will manage a small team and act as a key advisor to clients across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee accounting, taxation, and compliance services for a portfolio of clients Ensure full compliance with

UAE VAT laws, corporate tax regulations, and statutory requirements

Prepare, review, and finalize financial statements, tax filings, and audit documentation Provide tax advisory services and support clients on VAT registration, returns, and assessments Lead, mentor, and manage a team of

2-5 accountants / CAs

, ensuring high-quality deliverables Review team output, set priorities, and ensure deadlines are met Liaise with the FTA, auditors, and other regulatory authorities as required Support management with financial insights, process improvements, and risk mitigation

Requirements

Qualified Chartered Accountant

(mandatory) Minimum

5 years of UAE experience

in accounting and taxation Strong, up-to-date knowledge of

UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and regulatory compliance

Proven experience in

team management and leadership

Experience working within a consultancy or professional services firm is highly preferred Excellent analytical, communication, and client-facing skills Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple client engagements
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per month
