We are a dynamic and fast-growing Printing and Packaging company seeking an experienced and highly motivated

Chartered Accountant (CA)

to join our finance team. The ideal candidate must have

at least 2 years of post-qualification experience

, preferably within the printing or packaging sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Ensure full compliance with local tax laws, including

VAT filing

and Corporate Tax returns Oversee financial operations, budgeting, and forecasting for multiple real estate projects Conduct cost control and cash flow management for developments Liaise with banks, auditors, tax consultants, and legal teams Monitor accounts receivable/payable and project-related cash inflows/outflows Implement and maintain strong internal financial controls Support feasibility analysis, ROI calculations, and investment appraisals Supervise junior accounting and finance staff

Requirements:

Chartered Accountant (CA) or ACCA certification is

mandatory

Minimum 2 years of experience

in accounting or finance, with

real estate industry exposure

Strong knowledge of

IFRS

,

UAE VAT law and filing

, and local real estate regulations Proficient in accounting/ERP software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho, or SAP) Excellent analytical, organizational, and reporting skills Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred:

Experience working in the

UAE

Advanced Excel or financial modeling skills
