Managing the budgets, expenditures, and other financial aspects of Numerous Operations. \xc2\xb7 Preparing financial forecasts to determine budgets, expenses, and extra funds required. \xc2\xb7 Preparing reports as requested by management, including budgets, daily reporting, and financial statements. \xc2\xb7 Generating Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly, and Annual financial reports to detail company revenues and expenses. \xc2\xb7 Maintaining robust financial records for businesses for regulatory reporting and taxation. \xc2\xb7 Accurately performing daily cash functions, including accounts payable and receivable tracking, budgeting, payroll transactions, expense management, and various reconciliations. \xc2\xb7 Review and approve departmental expense reports. \xc2\xb7 Using accounting software to perform book-keeping, invoicing, and bank reconciliations. \xc2\xb7 Automated basic accounting procedures to streamline processes and boost efficiency. \xc2\xb7 Preparing Monthly & Quarterly tax returns and reviewing submitted documentation with auditors. \xc2\xb7 Assisting in payments processing procedures adopted by the company. \xc2\xb7 Reviewing accounting entries and ledger balances at regular intervals. \xc2\xb7 Preparing profit and loss statements & investments on a seasonal basis or event basis. \xc2\xb7 Performing petty cash functions.
