Job Description
We are hiring a
Chartered Accountant
with1-2 years of experience
to join our property management company. The role focuses on accounting, financial reporting, auditing, and compliance. The candidate will work as aMaster in Accounts
, supporting daily financial operations and ensuring accuracy in all reports.Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain financial statements as per UAE and IFRS standards. Manage daily accounting tasks, including entries, reconciliations, and closing procedures. Assist in audits (internal & external) and ensure accuracy of financial records. Support tax compliance (VAT, corporate tax) and prepare tax returns. Provide financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting support. Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations and company policies. Work closely with management to support business decisions.
Requirements
Chartered Accountant (CA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent).
1-2 years of accounting or audit experience
(property management experience is an advantage). Strong knowledge of accounting principles, IFRS, and UAE VAT laws. Good communication and analytical skills. Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems).Benefits
