About the Role:

Insource Prime is seeking a qualified

Chartered Accountant (CA)

to join our growing finance and operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial reporting, ensuring compliance with UAE VAT, corporate tax, and IFRS standards, and providing strategic insights to support management decisions.

This role requires strong analytical skills, deep technical accounting knowledge, and a proactive approach to improving financial processes and controls.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records. Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with IFRS. Oversee month-end/year-end closings and timely financial reporting. Conduct internal and statutory audits per ISA and UAE regulations. Assess internal controls, risk management, and corporate governance. Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and Corporate Tax laws, including filings and audits. Perform financial analysis, valuations, due diligence, and feasibility studies. Support management in budgeting, strategic planning, and investment decisions. Prepare and present financial and management reports with actionable insights. Liaise with tax authorities, banks, auditors, and regulatory bodies to resolve financial matters.

Requirements:

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA / ACCA / CPA)

with valid certification

2-3 years of post-qualification experience

(UAE experience preferred but Freshers can apply Strong knowledge of

IFRS, UAE VAT regulations

, and financial reporting standards Hands-on experience with accounting systems such as

Tally, Zoho Books, or QuickBooks

Advanced

Microsoft Excel
