Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day accounting operations. Manage account receivables and payables on a timely basis. Preparation of annual financial reports and file FTA returns in time. Manage banking relationships, credit facilities, and funding requirements. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients. Manage pricing, warranties and service agreements. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Manage and oversee all legal affairs and legal documentation of the organization.
Job Requirements:
Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory. Minimum 7-10 years of commercial/finance experience, preferably in the engineering, HVAC, or construction industry. The candidate should be below 40 years of age. The candidate should be a self-starter, possess strong leadership and effective communication skills. Excellent negotiation and problem- solving skills. Strong Team management skills. UAE driving License is mandatory.

Pay: AED14,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
