is a growing and trusted real estate brokerage firm in Dubai, specializing in residential and commercial property transactions. We are looking for a qualified

Chartered Accountant (CA)

to manage our financial operations, ensure compliance, and support strategic decision-making with accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day accounting, including invoicing, reconciliations, and commission tracking Ensure compliance with

UAE VAT

regulations and coordinate with auditors for statutory filings Maintain accurate financial records and support monthly closings and reporting Oversee agent payouts, receivables/payables, and cash flow monitoring Assist in the preparation of invoices, petty cash statements, and employee expense reports. Monitor due payments, follow up on outstanding bills, and maintain organized financial records.

Qualifications & Skills

Qualified Chartered Accountant

1-3 years of relevant experience, ideally in real estate brokerage, service industry, or accounting firms Strong knowledge of

VAT, IFRS

, and UAE accounting/tax compliance Proficient in accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or ERP systems) Advanced Excel skills and experience in financial reporting Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in commission-based accounting or working with real estate brokers Familiarity with VAT documentation and preparing financial summaries Prior work experience in the

UAE

is preferred
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
