Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented

Chartered Accountant (CA) freshers or recently qualified candidates

to join our dynamic finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a strong foundation in the finance and accounting domain within a leading retail company in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation of financial statements and management reports Support in day-to-day accounting tasks, including journal entries, reconciliations, and ledger maintenance Help manage accounts payable and receivable processes Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and assist in filing returns Conduct stock audits, cash flow analysis, and inventory reconciliations Collaborate with internal teams on budgeting and cost control initiatives Participate in internal control reviews and suggest process improvements Assist in liaising with auditors and external consultants during financial audits Maintain proper documentation and data integrity in ERP/accounting systems

Requirements:

Fully Qualified Chartered Accountant

Freshers or up to 1 year of relevant experience are encouraged to apply Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting Proficiency in MS Excel and exposure to accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP, SAP preferred) Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills Willingness to work in a fast-paced retail environment Available to join immediately or within short notice
