Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly qualified and detail-oriented

Chartered Accountant (CA)

to manage all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget preparation, tax planning, and audits. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations, and provide accurate analysis to support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss accounts Manage accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, standards, and laws Oversee tax planning, preparation, and filing in accordance with UAE and international tax requirements Handle internal and external audits and coordinate with auditors Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management Provide financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis Monitor cash flow, cost controls, and financial risk management Ensure the timely closing of books and financial records Assist in developing and implementing financial systems and policies

Requirements:

Qualified

Chartered Accountant (CA)

or equivalent certification Proven experience (3-5 years) in accounting and finance roles Strong knowledge of accounting principles, IFRS, and UAE financial regulations Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or ERP systems) Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
