Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic

Senior Accountant / Finance Manager

to oversee and manage the financial operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in UAE Corporate Tax regulations, financial reporting, budgeting, and audit coordination. This role demands both technical accounting knowledge and leadership capabilities to support business growth and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Corporate Tax Management:

Handle Corporate Tax registration and ensure timely and accurate Corporate Tax return filing. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE Corporate Tax laws, rules, and regulations.

Financial Reporting:

Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with relevant accounting standards (IFRS). Monitor financial performance and ensure financial transparency.

Compliance & Audit:

Ensure adherence to local tax regulations including VAT and Corporate Tax. Coordinate internal and external audits, addressing findings efficiently.

Financial Analysis & Planning:

Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement. Support in budgeting and forecasting processes, providing strategic financial insights.

Cash Flow & Risk Management:

Monitor and manage company cash flow to ensure liquidity and operational continuity. Identify and mitigate financial risks affecting the business.

Process Improvement:

Continuously review and improve financial processes and systems for greater efficiency and control.

Stakeholder Communication:

Present financial insights and reports to management and other internal/external stakeholders.

Leadership & Team Development:

Lead and mentor finance team members to ensure high performance and adherence to financial best practices.

Strategic Contribution:

Contribute to the formulation and execution of financial strategies aligned with business goals.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent certification preferred). Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting/finance experience, preferably within the UAE. Strong knowledge of UAE tax laws, including Corporate Tax and VAT compliance. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems) and advanced Excel skills. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Experience managing audits and preparing consolidated financial statements. Leadership experience in guiding finance teams and fostering a performance-driven culture.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
