About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in the annual budgeting and forecasting processes. Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation of the annual budget, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company objectives. Participate in the development and implementation of financial forecasting models. Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and potential areas for improvement. Collaborate with department heads to gather and consolidate budget inputs. Monitor budget performance and provide regular reports on financial metrics. Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including reconciliations and variance analysis. Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and accounting standards. Assist in ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as required.
Qualifications:

Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is required. Less than 2 years of relevant experience in budgeting and forecasting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Basic understanding of financial regulations and accounting principles.
Preferred Skills:

Experience with financial software and ERP systems. Familiarity with industry-specific financial trends and practices. Basic knowledge of auditing principles and practices.
