Exodus Cleaning Services is actively seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Chartered Accountant to oversee our financial operations. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Responsibilities: 1. Manage day-to-day accounting tasks, including bookkeeping, invoicing, and reconciliations. 2. Monitor and analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations for improving financial performance. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to gather financial information and support strategic decision-making. 4. Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting standards. 5. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and optimize financial processes. 6. Utilize accounting software, such as ZOHO and QuickBooks, to streamline financial operations. 7. Work closely with external auditors during annual audits and provide necessary documentation. 8. Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and mitigate financial risks. 9. Contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes, providing valuable input for business planning. 10. Communicate financial information effectively to stakeholders, supporting transparency and informed decision-making. Qualifications: - Chartered Accountant (CA) certification. - Proven experience in accounting, preferably within the cleaning services industry. - Proficiency in using accounting software, such as ZOHO and QuickBooks. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
