We\xe2\x80\x99re currently on the lookout for an experienced Chartered Accountant to be based in our Dubai office to provide effective financial processing and reporting. CANDIDATES MUST HAVE ZOHO BOOKS EXPERIENCE TO APPLY FOR THIS ROLE Responsibilities
- Process purchase invoices in multiple currencies.
- Resolve purchase invoice/vendor queries.
- Generate bi-weekly supplier payment runs.
- Process sales invoices.
- Resolve sales invoice queries.
- Carry out credit control activities.
- Monitor and respond to finance email inbox/vendor queries.
- Process project timesheets.
- Process company credit card receipts, intercompany transactions.
- Support project cost management.
- Process banking transactions and ensure accounts are reconciled in our books.
- Engage with commercial, operations and service colleagues as required.
- Support annual budgets.
- Support monthly management accounts.
- Support employee payroll process.
- Other finance related activities as may be required from time to time.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in accounting or bookkeeping training
- Chartered Accountant status
- Zoho books accounting software training
- Technical requirements:
- Strong communication skills in English language
- Strong attention to detail
- Confident user of accounting software (Zoho Books)
- Strong MS Office suite skills
- Minimum of 5 years in a similar position
