Job Description
We need an experienced Chartered Accountant to join our organization as a Senior Finance Manager/Group Company Finance Manager. In this role, you will manage the company/group\'s finances, make important decisions, and provide financial guidance to senior management. Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial activities like budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Work with senior management to plan financial strategies.
- Prepare budgets and forecasts and monitor performance.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial statements.
- Stay updated with financial regulations and manage risks.
- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals.
- Provide financial insights to support decision-making.
- Build good relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Chartered Accountant (CA) designation is a must.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar senior finance role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
- Proficient in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Advanced proficiency in financial software and MS Excel.
- Ability to work well in a dynamic environment.
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Accounting: 1 year (Required)
