Job Description

We are looking for a highly qualified Chartered Accountant with experience for a Real Estate TECH Company. The chartered accountant will be responsible for implementing accounting systems and processes, preparing monthly financial reports, controlling the master data of the general ledger, and ensuring compliance with the state revenue service.
He should possess a stable working track record, excellent oral and written communication skills, and be highly knowledgeable in the broad spectrum of accountancy accounting practices. You should also be certified and accredited by the relevant association and governing body. Job Profile:

• Implement accounting systems and processes.
• He will be responsible in preparing financial reports and statements, bank reconciliations, and conducting cyclical audits.
• Managing all payments to suppliers and receipts from vendors;
• Managing and maintaining the books/accounts of company operations with team members;
• Preparing periodical management reports;
• Responsible for timely Weekly and Monthly MIS consolidated financial statements, payments, cash-flow.
• Prepare budgets and track profit/loss performance;
• Arranging financial audits and reviews as required;
• Manage compliance filings;
• Drafting letters, board resolutions, etc. amongst others to be used in banking, and govt. compliance filings, etc.
• Reconcile income statements and prepare monthly financial reports;
• Ensure compliance with UAE laws and legislations;
• Develop financial and tax strategies.

Desired Profile:

• Chartered accountant with minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience in UAE.
• Proficiency in English, both written and oral, strong coordination and communication skills.
• Keep up with financial policies, regulations, etc.
• Candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and possess strong business acumen
• Computer literacy, including advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and experience with standard accounting software packages
