Job Description

We are seeking a highly qualified and results-driven

Chartered Accountant (CA)

with strong managerial capabilities to oversee the financial operations, compliance, budgeting, and strategic planning of our organisation. The ideal candidate will also contribute to overall business leadership, support key operational functions, and play a vital role in policy formation and institutional growth.

Key Responsibilities:Financial Management:

Prepare and manage accurate financial statements and management reports. Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and coordinate timely filing of tax returns. Develop, manage, and monitor the annual budget and financial forecasts. Conduct variance analysis and provide strategic recommendations to senior management. Liaise with external auditors and manage audit processes.

Accounting Operations:

Supervise day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts receivable/payable, payroll, and reconciliations. Maintain internal control systems and ensure financial integrity. Oversee asset management, procurement procedures, and inventory control.

Strategic & Managerial Responsibilities:

Contribute to the formulation of business strategy and support financial planning for new projects and investments. Provide financial insights to support management in decision-making processes. Oversee operational departments where finance intersects with compliance, HR, or admin functions.

Compliance & Risk Management:

Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Identify and mitigate financial risks through effective internal controls. Prepare and submit reports for government authorities and regulatory bodies as required.
