Position Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive

Charter Sales Coordinator

to support our commercial team in managing air charter inquiries, preparing proposals, and coordinating communication between clients and internal departments. This office-based role requires excellent communication skills, organizational ability, and a strong interest in aviation and customer service.

While the official working hours are from 9 AM to 5 PM, flexibility is required as hours may vary depending on business needs and operational schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to incoming charter inquiries and assist in preparing tailored quotations. Coordinate with operations, flight support, and scheduling teams to gather and communicate accurate information for proposals and bookings. Support the sales team in tracking and following up on leads, client communication, and deal progress. Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of client interactions, bookings, and quotations in the CRM system. Assist in the preparation of charter contracts, client documentation, and briefing materials. Conduct basic market research to support the development of pricing and service proposals. Help achieve team sales targets by providing administrative and coordination support.

Requirements:

Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software. Bachelor's degree preferred. 2-3 years of experience in a sales support, charter coordination, or logistics-related role, preferably in air cargo, charter brokering, freight forwarding, or GSSA.
