Chargehand – Landscape Project (dubai)
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Chargehand to lead a small team of laborers for a large-scale landscape project in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise a team of skilled and unskilled laborers on daily tasks
Ensure work is performed according to drawings, specifications, and quality standards
Assist the Foreman or Site Supervisor in planning and coordinating site activities
Monitor the productivity and workmanship of the labor team
Ensure safety and proper use of tools/equipment on site
Report progress and issues to the Site Supervisor
Requirements:
Proven experience as Chargehand / Lead Hand in UAE construction or landscape projects
Hands-on knowledge of hardscape, softscape, irrigation, or civil works
Strong leadership and team coordination skills
Ability to train and motivate laborers
Knowledge of safety procedures and site regulations
Availability:
Immediate joiners preferred
