Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage a team of approximately 50 carpenters in the workshop.
Read and interpret technical, architectural, and shop drawings accurately.
Prepare cutting lists and material take-offs to ensure efficient production.
Coordinate daily production activities with the Production Manager.
Monitor production workflow to ensure timelines and quality standards are met.
Maintain high standards of craftsmanship and quality control throughout the production process.
Provide guidance, training, and technical support to foremen and carpenters.
Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials.
Maintain records of production progress, manpower deployment, and material usage.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies in the workshop.
Requirements:
5-10 years of experience
in joinery production within the UAE.
Strong knowledge of joinery manufacturing, processes, tools, and finishes.
Ability to prepare cutting lists and interpret detailed drawings.
Proven experience in managing large teams of carpenters and foremen.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Hands-on, detail-oriented, and result-driven.
