Supervise and guide a team of technicians/workers for electrical and plumbing site works.
Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
Allocate tasks to workers and monitor progress to achieve project timelines.
Coordinate with site engineers and other trade chargehands for smooth workflow.
Check quality of workmanship and ensure compliance with approved methods.
Assist in material planning, request, and proper usage at site.
Report daily progress, manpower, and any site issues to the supervisor/engineer.
Ensure all safety measures and company HSE policies are followed at site.
Support in testing, commissioning, and final handover activities as required.
Qualifications & Skills:
ITI/Diploma in Electrical/Plumbing or equivalent trade certification.
Minimum 3-5 years of GCC/site experience in respective trade.
Strong knowledge of tools, equipment, and installation practices.
Ability to read and understand drawings and work instructions.
Good leadership and team coordination skills.
