Inpatient Charge Nurse (Arabic Speaking) - Orthopedics Are you an experienced nurse with a passion for patient care and leadership? We are currently seeking a dedicated Inpatient Charge Nurse to join our team in the Orthopedics department, with one of our leading clients. As a Charge Nurse, you will play a crucial role in coordinating patient care, supervising nursing staff, and ensuring the smooth operation of our unit. Position: Inpatient Charge Nurse (Orthopedics)

- Patient Care Coordination: Oversee patient admissions, transfers, and discharges. Ensure seamless transitions for patients within the Orthopedics unit.
- Supervision of Nursing Staff: Mentor and train new staff members. Provide ongoing support and guidance to all nurses on the team.
- Medical Chart Monitoring: Regularly review patient charts, administer compassionate care, and assist patients and their families.
- Collaboration: Liaise with physicians, administrators, and other healthcare professionals. Communicate any protocol changes to staff.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations within the unit.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate reports related to patient care and staffing.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Nursing.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role as a Charge Nurse.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Doh License/ DHA or MOH Active license
- active DOH/DHA/MOH License (Required)
