Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate, and supervise a nursing team of approximately 8 to 15 staff to ensure high-quality patient care and smooth clinic operations
• Oversee daily clinical activities, delegate assignments, and provide mentorship and guidance to nursing staff
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care in line with regulatory requirements and organizational standards
• Act as a key liaison between physicians, allied health professionals, and administrative teams to support seamless patient journeys
• Ensure strict adherence to infection control, medication safety, and patient confidentiality protocols
• Monitor clinical performance, documentation standards, and KPI reporting to support quality outcomes
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, staff development, and adoption of best clinical practices
• Support nursing scheduling, workload management, and operational planning within the clinic

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• DHA license or eligibility as a Registered Nurse
• BLS certification mandatory; ACLS or PALS certification is an advantage
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in an accredited clinical setting
• At least 2 years of experience in a Charge Nurse or nursing leadership role, preferably within the UAE
• Strong leadership capability with experience in team supervision and delegation

• Acute and chronic disease management including respiratory, cardiac, and diabetic care
• Clinical skills such as ECG, spirometry, wound care, immunizations, IV administration, cannulation, and emergency response
