Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate, and supervise a nursing team to maintain high standards of patient care and clinical operations
• Oversee daily clinical activities, staff scheduling, task delegation, and workflow management
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care in line with regulatory and organizational standards
• Act as a liaison between physicians, nursing staff, and multidisciplinary teams to support smooth patient journeys
• Ensure strict compliance with infection control, medication safety, confidentiality, and patient safety protocols
• Mentor and support nursing staff through coaching, performance feedback, and skills development
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, clinical audits, and implementation of best nursing practices
• Maintain accurate documentation, KPI reporting, and care planning records

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• DHA license or eligibility as a Registered Nurse
• BLS certification required; ACLS or PALS certification is an advantage
• Minimum five years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical setting
• At least two years of experience in a Charge Nurse or nursing leadership role, preferably within the UAE
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage

Skills Set

• Strong leadership, team coordination, and decision-making skills
• Clinical expertise including ECG, spirometry, wound care, immunizations, IV administration, cannulation, and emergency care
• Experience managing acute and chronic conditions such as respiratory, cardiac, and diabetes cases
• Excellent documentation, KPI tracking, and care planning capabilities
• High level of computer literacy and comfort with digital health systems
