Chapra Bazaar / Public Warehouse Manager
to manage daily operations of a public warehouse and tenant marketplace.Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate warehouse tenants Collect daily/weekly rent and maintain payment records Handle tenant inquiries, issues, and renewals Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations and discipline Post and promote warehouse availability and offers on
Facebook & TikTok
Assist in basic marketing and lead generation for new tenants Maintain cleanliness, order, and security coordination Prepare daily activity and rent collection reportsRequirements:
Prior experience in warehouse, bazaar, or property management (preferred) Good communication and negotiation skills Basic knowledge of social media (Facebook & TikTok posting) Organized, honest, and responsible Ability to manage tenants and handle payments professionally Hindi/Urdu/English/Arabic speaking preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 per month
Work Location: Remote
