Key Responsibilities:
Prepare fresh chapati, paratha, and related breads as per menu requirements.
Maintain consistency in size, texture, and taste.
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation.
Handle dough preparation, rolling, and cooking on tawa/griddle.
Monitor inventory of flour and related ingredients.
Assist in other kitchen duties when required.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years experience in making chapati and paratha in restaurants or catering setups.
Knowledge of using tawa, dough roller, and dough mixing equipment.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Good hygiene and personal cleanliness.
Immediate joining preferred.

Pay: AED1,300.00 - AED1,500.00 per month
