Position Overview
Dicetek LLC is hiring experienced Channels Testers in Dubai to support end-to-end testing of digital banking platforms. This role requires a detail-oriented testing professional with hands-on experience in validating file-based transactions, user interfaces, integrations, and payment workflows within corporate banking systems.

Role Summary
As a Channels Tester, you will play a key role in ensuring the stability, accuracy, and performance of digital banking platforms. You will work with product, development, and business teams to validate complex workflows and integrations across payment and dashboard components.
What You'll Do

• Perform functional and regression testing for digital banking workflows
• Validate file uploads via Online and Host-to-Host (H2H) channels
• Test vendor payments, e-cheques, utility bill payments, and payroll transactions (WPS, FCY, LCY)
• Ensure accuracy in beneficiary uploads and deal rate dashboard widgets
• Conduct signatory validation and user role mapping checks
• Perform T24 Sanity Testing to ensure backend system readiness
• Log and track defects, coordinate fixes, and validate deployments with tech teams
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and developers to align on test cases

Ideal Profile

• 3+ years of experience in digital banking testing or QA roles
• Proven experience with corporate payment systems and transaction workflows
• Familiarity with file-based testing (CSV, XML uploads)
• Strong understanding of T24 core banking environment is a plus
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation and defect tracking skills
• Experience with manual test execution and UAT coordination
• Ability to work in high-pressure environments and manage multiple test cycles
