The role of Channel Team Lead (CTL) supports Delivery Stations (DS) manage delivery capacity and performance through the variety of Last Mile Programs (LMP) Amazon Logistics (AMZL) use to delight our customers.
The CTL role acts as the main interface between AMZL Operations teams and partners in channels such as the Delivery Service Provider (courier company partners) and HubDP (small/medium store partners in local communities) to procure, maintain and improve LM delivery capacity.
Key job responsibilities Core responsibilities will include:
invoice management;
daily follow up with vendors on on-boarding process;
facilitate on-boarding process with our external contractor;
incentive management;
uniform auditing and inventory;
daily ops communications with Hub Partner Stores and performance management, if needed;
arranging and following up on DAY0 attendance for onboarding compliance
A day in the life Attitude: Quickly understand the business issues and challenges of LM operations; identify strengths/weaknesses and suggest areas for improvement;
Be data driven, develop and report performance metrics, executive updates, forecasting, budgeting and analysis to identify potential opportunities for improving Customer Experience.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate in commerce / business Demonstrate leadership skills Direct management experience for agency workforce in operations / logistics, manufacturing, engineering, production or distribution environment Experience with planning, performance metrics, process improvement Experience with the full staffing life cycle, including interviewing, hiring, performance management, and terminations Strong analytical capability; track record of deep dive into data and finding solutions for a variety of operational problems Flexibility to work a variety of hours as business demands, including overnight, weekends and holidays Excellent communication skills Experience managing third party resources Experience managing contingent workforce in a business with peak season
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Logistic/ Supply chain/ Engineering degree Experience in Logistics field (courier industry) / FMCG field Experience in handling external and multiple stakeholders including team, vendors, clients, field executives Experience in handling live operation preferred (wherein troubleshooting and decisions have to be taken on the spot) Experience in process improvement preferred with additional benefits for knowledge of specific methodologies such as six sigma, Kaizen etc. Good communication skills
