Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in a related discipline
Minimum Experience:
- 3 \xe2\x80\x93 5 years of experience in a call center environment within the banking or financial sector.
Knowledge, Skills and Attributes:
- Knowledge of the banking sector, and GTB\xe2\x80\x99s products and business strategies
- Must have ability to interact with customers and understand their needs
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and with a strong delivery focus
- Computer proficiency
