Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in a related discipline
Minimum Experience:
3 \xe2\x80\x93 5 years of experience in a call center environment within the banking or financial sector.
Knowledge, Skills and Attributes:
Knowledge of the banking sector, and GTB\xe2\x80\x99s products and business strategies
Must have ability to interact with customers and understand their needs
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and with a strong delivery focus
Computer proficiency
