Invespy is expanding and we are looking for an experienced
Channel Relationship Director
to lead our broker network strategy and drive indirect sales performance across the UAE and international markets. This is a senior role suited to someone with extensive experience working for a real estate developer in Dubai.
About the Role
The Channel Relationship Director will be responsible for developing, managing, and scaling relationships with key brokerage partners and channel networks. The role focuses on partner engagement, performance management, launch activation, and revenue growth through external sales channels.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and lead channel partner strategy
Drive revenue through indirect sales channels
Build and manage relationships with top brokerage firms
Oversee launch activation, partner training, and sales alignment
Monitor partner performance and implement improvement plans
Represent Invespy at events, roadshows, and industry engagements
What We're Looking For
Minimum 10 years of experience in channel sales, brokerage partnerships, or external sales leadership
Proven experience working with a Dubai real estate developer
Strong broker network and established industry relationships
Demonstrated success in managing senior accounts and driving high-value off-plan sales
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Strategic mindset with the ability to execute effectively
