to manage and grow relationships with our extensive network of channel partners. This role is pivotal in driving revenue through broker engagement, lead optimization, and strategic business development.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for channel partners and agencies.
Manage the full lifecycle of broker deals: registration, follow-up, and closure.
Ensure partners have updated project information, pricing, and marketing tools.
Conduct broker training sessions and maintain CRM updates.
Resolve operational queries and coordinate internally for timely solutions.
Track broker performance and incentive calculations.
Drive partner activation and expand the network by onboarding new partners.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or Marketing.
5-6 years of experience in business development/account management with large portfolios (300+ accounts).
Strong relationship-building and coordination skills.
Proficiency in CRM and sales reporting tools.
UAE driving license is mandatory.
Business Development experience is mandatory.
