Job Title Channel Partner Head

Description

Our client is a fast growing AI Technology company based in Abu Dhabi. They are currently looking for a Channel Sales Partner who will have the exciting opportunity to recruit, enable and grow partners ecosystem of the company. You will execute a strategy for acquiring and nurturing partners consisting of consulting companies, data center companies and systems integrators. Furthermore, you will should have the ability to identify, prioritize and build relationships is essential. The right individual will need to focus on driving growth and customer adoption through these partners. Other responsibilities will include but not limited to:

Recruit new Consulting and Technology Partners
Effectively strategize, establish and manage partner enablement and go-to-market requests.
Manage and support the closure of a pipeline of customer opportunities through partners
Collaborate with key internal stakeholders (e.g. Solution teams, Account management, Marketing, Legal, etc.) to further develop partner strategies and processes.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:

An engineering degree holder with 7 10 years of experience. Possessing technical acumen, with a demonstrated track record of driving emerging/disruptive technologies.
The right person will possess significant partner acquisition and/or partner management experience in the software/technology industry in UAE and wider GCC
Consistently exceeds goals and key performance metrics.
Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences.
Strong verbal and written communications skills in English is a must and in Arabic is a plus.
