YOUR ROLE

• Detail 3 operating models that enable business expansion across untapped markets: Standard Distribution Model, Premium Partnership Model, Distribution and Manufacturing Licensing Model
• Define and standardize the selection and onboarding process to ensure we\'re bringing on the right partners. This includes assessing business/strategic fit, conducting risk assessments, and establishing legal agreements
• Take charge of defining and standardizing how we assess our partners\' salesforces across technical and selling skills, including developing comprehensive training programs
• Develop a process to systematically segment partners, manage their performance, and handle termination and renewal process to ensure long-term success and growth
• Collaborate in digitization efforts to improve efficiency and utilization of systems to manage partners
• Enhance the utilization of existing channels partners with a view to integrate or split and simplify where appropriate

YOUR SKILLS

• Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, Marketing, Management or related field. A master\'s degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in Partnership Management, Strategic Planning, or a related field in a multinational company
• Proven experience in developing and implementing operating models that drive business growth
• Experience in working in untapped or emerging markets in an industrial environment is a plus.
• Strong ability to synthesize complex information and identify patterns and insights to inform strategic decision-making.
• Advanced problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address complex business challenges using a structured and data-driven approach.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required. Additional language skills are a plus.
