Summary

As the Channel Digital Leader shall identify and deliver Connectivity and digital projects to address GE Healthcare and Channel Partners’ operations needs. You shall develop and deploy digital workflows to improve the efficiency of the GE Healthcare remote service activities and help the Channel Partners to increase their service capabilities and profitability. You should promote growth through building/deploying digital platforms to enable the sales of digital offerings in the indirect markets.

Responsibilities

  • Drive connectivity in indirect through managing and monitoring the new processes
  • Design and deploy workflows to automize existing processes (technical trainings, SSO creation, etc.)
  • Act as a focal point for ServiceMax incidents and integration with various CRMs such as MYGEHC app
  • Co-design and maintenance of the indirect service dashboard
  • Facilitate the collaboration with the global team and EMEA digital team on various digital initiative developments for indirect
  • Ensure achievement of Connectivity targets in coordination with Zones Connectivity Leaders
  • Monitor and control the execution of the connectivity process. Coordinate with different GE Healthcare Stakeholders (Zones PMIs, CLs) to ensure performance sustainability. Enhance the process as required
  • Own, manage, and maintain the indirect Support center in EMEA
  • Maintain and improve the functionality of the indirect service dashboard for indirect
  • Responsible for the deployment of MYGEHC and i-center in coordination with the local service zones teams

Qualifications and experience

  • BS degree or a BA degree in IT or Engineering
  • Profound experience in the field of Operations
  • Strong preference for Analytical and Statistical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to communicate complex business issues in a clear/concise manner
  • Clear thinking/problem solving: successfully led projects/process improvements within Operations function
  • Able to grasp new ideas quickly
  • Integrity: accepting and adhering to high moral, ethical, and personal values in decisions, communications, actions and when dealing with others
