About the Company: Are you an experienced Organisational Change Manager ready to make a meaningful impact? Our client in Abu Dhabi is seeking a dynamic and strategic professional to lead and support key transformation initiatives across the organisation.
About the Role: As the Organisational Change Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving change management strategy and execution to support a major transformation program. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll help embed sustainable change through communication, stakeholder engagement, training, and impact assessments.
Responsibilities:Develop and implement change management strategies and plansEngage stakeholders across business units to ensure alignment and adoptionConduct impact assessments and readiness evaluationsDesign and deliver training and communication plansMonitor and report on change progress and outcomes
Required Skills/Qualifications::Proven experience in delivering large-scale organisational change projectsStrong understanding of change methodologies (e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR, Kotter)Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skillsExperience working in multicultural environments is a plusAvailability to be based in Abu Dhabi
