Our company is seeking a highly skilled Change Management Consultant to help lead and facilitate change initiatives within our organization.
As a Change Management Consultant, you will be responsible for working with internal teams and external partners to develop and implement strategies for driving organizational change. You will also be responsible for providing capacity building and training support to build the change management capabilities of our staff.
A background in Marketing/PR/Public Sector clients is preferred.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement change management strategies that enable successful change adoption
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize key change initiatives
Conduct impact assessments to identify the potential risks and benefits of change initiatives
Develop change management plans, including communication plans, training plans, and stakeholder engagement plans
Lead change management training sessions and provide capacity building support to build the change management capabilities of our staff
Facilitate change adoption by engaging and communicating with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Monitor and report on the progress of change initiatives to stakeholders and senior leadership
Conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
