We are seeking a Change Management Coordinator to support the execution of IT change management processes within Al-Futtaim Group in Dubai. The role involves managing IT changes throughout their lifecycle, ensuring adherence to policies and minimizing service disruption while maintaining effective communication across internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage IT change processes from submission to completion, ensuring compliance with defined standards and procedures.
• Attend CAB meetings to review and oversee all submitted changes.
• Coordinate and schedule change activities across departments, minimizing conflicts and service disruptions.
• Conduct risk assessments for all new and modified services.
• Publish and maintain the organization's forward schedule of change and downtime calendar.
• Conduct Post Implementation Reviews (PIR) to identify improvement areas.
• Support project managers and IT teams in aligning change requirements with business needs.
• Assist with training and process adoption for change management tools and methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and internal controls.
• Identify and manage risks related to IT change management processes.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 1 year of experience in IT Change Management preferred.
• Understanding of IT Service Management frameworks (ITIL, ISO 20000).
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• UAE nationals preferred.
