Synopsis
The Training and Change Manager leads end-to-end change, communication, and training initiatives for the SAP S/4 implementation within the Enterprise Value stream, ensuring strong user adoption and organizational readiness. The role partners with stakeholders and scrum teams design and implement tailored communication and change strategies aligned with program goals, supporting both waterfall and agile delivery models. It involves driving seamless transitions to new SAP functionalities through structured training programs and communication plans that engage all organizational levels, including CXO stakeholders. Leveraging adult learning principles and tools such as Digital Adoption platforms, Microsoft 365, and eLearning platforms to embed change effectively across the business.
Accountabilities

  • Work with the Senior Product Managers and Product Owners to lead and implement change initiatives related tobusiness processes and technologies to contribute to the product strategy, vision and roadmap for SAP S/4 Program
  • Review and prioritize the project plans/ strategies in line with preparation for communications, change readiness,capability transfer and end-user training.
  • Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs for the various projects in the Enterprise Value stream.
  • Lead the overall implementation of training & development in the network to ensure compliance with businessprocesses and standards.
  • To identify and support any additional change managers, key users, and change agents in the development ofappropriate change management plans within the Etihad back-office business and the Enterprise Value stream.

Education & Experience
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience working with Training and Change adoption methodology andimplementation.
  • Change Management experience in large scale ERP implementations and airlines are desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, commerce, management or equivalent is mandatory.
  • Certification in Change Management or equivalent is desirable.
  • Proven track record of end-user training skills, ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences,including CXOs.
  • Experience in delivering training on Adult Education principles and via various mediums - classroom, virtualand e-learning materials.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to conduct Problem solving and root cause identification.
  • Excellent O365 product skills, especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, and good knowledge on otherMS Office tools.
