Synopsis
The Training and Change Manager leads end-to-end change, communication, and training initiatives for the SAP S/4 implementation within the Enterprise Value stream, ensuring strong user adoption and organizational readiness. The role partners with stakeholders and scrum teams design and implement tailored communication and change strategies aligned with program goals, supporting both waterfall and agile delivery models. It involves driving seamless transitions to new SAP functionalities through structured training programs and communication plans that engage all organizational levels, including CXO stakeholders. Leveraging adult learning principles and tools such as Digital Adoption platforms, Microsoft 365, and eLearning platforms to embed change effectively across the business.
