We are currently hiring a

Chaat Maker

for a vibrant restaurant operating under a reputable facility management company in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in preparing traditional chaat and street food delicacies. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for cuisine and a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities

:

Prepare a wide variety of chaat items such as Pani Puri, Bhel Puri, Papdi Chaat, Sev Puri, Aloo Tikki, and other regional favorites. Ensure authentic taste, attractive presentation, and food quality at all times. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the preparation and service areas in accordance with HACCP and company standards. Monitor and manage ingredient stock and assist in placing orders as needed. Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations during peak hours. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and facility management protocols.

Requirements

:

1-2 years of experience working as a Chaat Maker or in a similar role, preferably in a restaurant setting. Sound knowledge of street food and traditional preparation techniques. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team. Must be currently in Qatar or willing to relocate.
