Our Client a leading real estate development firm with a growing portfolio of premium residential and commercial projects in UAE.
Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies to maximize profitability and shareholder value

• Capital Optimization: Structure innovative financing solutions (debt/equity/JVs) with local and international partners.

• Risk Management: Implement robust frameworks for currency, interest rate, and regulatory compliance

• Investment Analysis: Lead feasibility studies and underwriting for new development opportunities

• Operational Excellence: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost control across all projects

• Investor Relations: Serve as primary liaison with banks, PE firms, and institutional investors

• Digital Transformation: Integrate proptech solutions to enhance financial operations and reporting

• 15+ years progressive experience in real estate finance, with 5+ years in C-suite leadership
• Expert-level financial modeling (DCF, Argus) and capital structuring skills
• Deep understanding of UAE real estate regulations
• Fluent in English and Arabic is a plus
• CFA/CPA/MBA strongly preferred
• In depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices
• Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
• Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software
• Ability to strategize and solve problems
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and people skills
• An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers
